PRODUCTION / SHIPPING / LEAD TIMES
- Order preparation: 24/48 hours if stock is available.
- Order preparation IKAT collection or engraved items: Being handmade production on demand, the production time is 5 to 7 working days.
- Shipping orders: 24 hours after order preparation.
International orders are shipped via postal service Worldwide Expedited. The days of send is around 3-20 days (depends of country).
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns on items purchased directly from Fuster’s online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with "Return" or "Exchange" written on it. For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org (Note: Exchanges are accepted for equal or lesser value of original purchase). No authorization needed for returns as long as it is within 30 days of shipment. Once received, your new exchange will ship within 2-3 weeks OR you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.
Do not return your Fuster’s product to a store. Retailers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Fuster’s products.
Fuster’s warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months. Fuster’s reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Fuster’s retailer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Fuster’s will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered to be defective (scratched lenses are not considered defective), Fuster’s will repair the item at a reasonable charge.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

The e-mail address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional Fuster’s news, updates, promotions, related product information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail.

However, this does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing service to our customers, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
